Location: This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and is a full-time position where it is required to come into our office at complexo JK Iguatemi (2-3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Identify and research potential clients for lead generation and qualification.
  • Conduct outbound sales efforts via calls, emails, social media, and AI tools to engage prospects.
  • Manage CRM data, track interactions, and ensure smooth lead handoffs to Account Executives.
  • Stay informed about fintech trends and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Regularly track and report on key performance metrics to refine strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the fintech, finance, or technology industry.
  • Fluent in English (C1 required) for internal communication across regions.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of the fintech industry, including financial products and services.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
