Location: Must be based Onsite in New York

Salary: $200,000-$215,000/year

What you will do

  • Own revenue and margin performance for a major book of business.
  • Drive annual account planning, renewal strategy, and multi-year client roadmap creation.
  • Build and pilot new client offerings, pricing models, and scopes to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Serve as a senior strategic partner to senior client stakeholders and lead high-stakes conversations.
  • Negotiate and orchestrate complex statements of work and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and develop Client Service Director and junior team members, setting standards and frameworks.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience within a creative agency, brand studio, or integrated marketing environment is required.
  • Proven track record leading a large portfolio (multi-million dollar annual revenue) across campaign, content, and experiential work.
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships (VP/C-Suite) and driving renewals and long-term growth.
  • Demonstrated experience owning P&L performance and margin management across a portfolio.
  • Expert-level ability to structure and negotiate scopes of work, master agreements, and partnership deals.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to forecast revenue, staffing plans, and quarterly pacing.
