What you will do
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the medspa vertical.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading aesthetics brands, including Allergan and Galderma.
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships with multi-location medspa groups.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to shape offerings.
- Lead contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic alliances.
- Represent the company at key industry events and analyze market trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, medspa, or related health technology.
- Strong existing relationships within the aesthetic ecosystem, including direct experience working with or at Allergan.
- Proven success leading growth initiatives, complex deal negotiations, and high-impact partnerships.
- Deep understanding of medspa operations, clinical services, and the patient experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and align strategic interests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
