What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-lasting client partnerships within the designated industry vertical.
• Lead strategic initiatives and larger projects aligning agency services with client objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive client success and organic growth opportunities.
• Manage and coach client teams to maximize performance and project quality.
• Oversee account budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and operational alignment across the business vertical.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, United States for on-site work
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years combined experience in agencies, brands, and sales teams.
• Minimum 3 years in sales and client-facing leadership roles at Director or VP level.
• Proven client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of brand and marketing trends with a results-driven track record.
