Salary: $170,000-$190,000/Year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain valued, long-lasting partnerships with clients.
• Lead strategic initiatives and larger projects, aligning agency services with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide thought leadership and drive client success.
• Act as a partner to the new business team, leveraging expertise to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Manage and coach your client team to maximize performance and ensure project quality.
• Ensure the highest quality of work is delivered to clients by maintaining rigorous quality control and performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous leadership roles as Director, VP level or above within the aforementioned industries.
• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in agencies, brands, and sales teams in the industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client facing roles.
• Demonstrated experience understanding and delivering on client needs and developing relationships within particular industries.
• Excellent communication skills, judgment and awareness.
