TL;DR

Salary: CA$130K – CA$150K

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery and onboarding calls to identify client needs.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and demonstrate product value.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of sales processes and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT to complete any RFP or security questionnaires.
  • Relay feedback from prospects to the product team to inform future developments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • A self-starter who excels at prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
  • Strong ability to understand customer pain points and position solutions that meet their needs.
  • Be articulate and persuasive, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches and handle objections with ease.
  • Proficient with tools like HubSpot, or equivalent for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed team.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings.
  • Familiarity with the legal tech space, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth scaling tech company, showcasing your ability to navigate rapid change and drive results.
