TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (SaaS, Cybersecurity): Leading a team to drive revenue and retention for a SaaS platform with an accent on sales lead qualification, deal closing, and customer satisfaction. Focus on coaching, performance management, and developing best practices for customer success.

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with in-person collaboration required a few times a month.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Success team to qualify, develop, and close sales leads through goal setting and coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure deals move to close in a timely manner.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within deals/funnel, assisting CSMs in overcoming challenges.
  • Motivate, mentor, and coach the team to exceed expectations and advance their careers.
  • Develop best practices around business reviews and customer outreach for retention.
  • Contribute to the overall back-to-base strategy, including product direction and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a sales leadership position is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
  • Up to 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience with software and/or technology is a bonus.
