What you will do
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure successful product leverage and business value creation.
- Support customers in achieving their goals by creating innovative automated services to scale their businesses.
- Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through increased product adoption and usage.
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers and strategically identify growth and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a customer advocate, capturing feedback and collaborating with the Product team for improvements.
- Coach and guide more junior team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role in LegalTech, Tech, or Consulting.
- Track record of working with senior and executive-level customer contacts.
- Highly fluent or native German speaker.
- Highly fluent or native English speaker.
- Must be based in Germany.
- Good understanding of tech products used by enterprise businesses and global law firms.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
