What you will do
- Contribute to the expansion of the Germany South and Switzerland region by generating new Enterprise clients.
- Build and implement strategic go-to-market plans that contribute to regional revenue strategy.
- Execute effectively on inbound deals and lead new customers through the sales journey.
- Proactively generate new business by sourcing strategic enterprise opportunities (with a target of 30% self-sourced pipeline).
- Negotiate commercial offers and navigate through legal and procurement processes in B2B SaaS sales.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and support upselling, while evangelizing the hirify.global vision.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive, orchestrating GTM teams to close large and complex SaaS Enterprise deals ($50k ARR and above) in Germany South & Switzerland.
- Ability to autonomously define and execute strategic account and territory plans.
- Strong understanding of common sales methodologies like MEDDPIC, Challenger, Gap Selling, SPIN Selling, or Sandler.
- Proven record of deep relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Domain expertise from the digital or e-commerce software industry or Martech agencies.
- Native German speaker (C2) and proficient English speaker (B2 and above) required.
