What you will do
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert to challenge the status quo.
- Ensure the CDP Pillar delivers continuous value to clients.
- Educate clients on industry best practices and align CDP with their goals.
- Ensure a mutually beneficial cooperation for clients and hirify.global.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in B2B SaaS in online retail/e-commerce analytics or marketing, or a similar role like Account Manager/CSM.
- In-depth knowledge of business, business trends, and the ability to understand clients’ business models extremely fast.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and current industry trends.
- Experience leading teams/projects or pursuing own B2B business.
- Familiarity with online analytics, BI, performance marketing, product management, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalisation, campaign optimisation, customer segmentation, attribution modelling, and prediction.
- Ability to understand and actively use analytical concepts to identify crucial KPIs and business metrics.
- Basic understanding of technology around marketing cloud solutions.
- Independence, self-organization, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Native fluency in English (C2 required).
