TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Medtech): Serving as a strategic advisor to hirify.global’s largest and most complex customers, driving platform adoption, value realization, and retention across Clinical or Medical & Commercial product lines. Focus on leading executive-level conversations, managing complex accounts, and identifying opportunities for client partnership expansion and growth.

Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders, positioning hirify.global as a critical partner.
  • Own and drive account strategy, including implementation, adoption plans, success metrics, and expansion.
  • Lead regular executive business reviews, articulating performance against KPIs, ROI, and strategic impact.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio to mitigate churn and drive growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing structured feedback to product, engineering, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within an Enterprise or Strategic B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, high-ARR accounts with senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management experience across multi-threaded, high-priority initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage renewals, mitigate risk, and identify expansion opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in or with Life Sciences organizations; Medical Affairs or Clinical experience is a plus.
