TL;DR

Business Development Representative (UKI): Identifying leads, sparking interest, and turning curiosity into opportunities for a platform that automates compliance and duty of care for business travel, workations, and international assignments. Focus on initiating client contact, setting up meetings, and collaborating on lead-generation strategies to improve the value proposition.

Location: Work from anywhere in a remote-only company, with workations possible for up to 183 days a year.

Salary: Competitive salary, including quarterly bonuses tied to sales targets. VSOPs (Virtual Stock Options).

What you will do

  • Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Present hirify.global to potential clients.
  • Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to improve hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Report on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and independent remote environment.
  • Good understanding of technology and sales tools, including Hubspot.
  • Passion for remote work and enabling employers to reap its benefits.
