What you will do
- Manage portfolio of reseller accounts, drive sales via calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and refresh opportunities; support deal registration and promotions
- Build long-term customer relationships as primary contact, understand needs and challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and resolve inquiries professionally
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP systems
- Stay updated on vendor products, promotions, market trends, and participate in training
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in inside sales, channel sales, or IT distribution (preferred)
- Experience with resellers, integrators, or vendors is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Understanding of technology sales cycles, channel models, margins, and pricing
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
