TL;DR
General Manager, Stablecoins & Payment Networks (Web3, Fintech): Leading strategic efforts and commercial growth for digital payments and blockchain financial infrastructure with an accent on revenue, deal oversight, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on developing go-to-market strategies, establishing partnerships, and influencing product roadmap for stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and CBDCs.
Location: Remote (Global) with an expectation to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

What you will do
- Serve as executive sponsor and commercial owner for the Stablecoins & Payment Networks domain, accountable for growth and deal progression.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for institutional adoption of Chainlink’s infrastructure across digital payments.
- Establish and deepen strategic partnerships with top-tier banks, FMIs, and payment providers.
- Drive coordination across product, BD, marketing, and engineering to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent at industry events and in discussions with regulators and financial executives.
- Align client and market feedback to shape the evolution of Chainlink’s infrastructure in digital payments and stablecoin ecosystems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years in payments, banking, or technology sales into financial services, with deep C-suite relationships.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar, large-scale institutional deals.
- Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the full value chain of stablecoins and digital payments.
- Deep expertise in one or more of: stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and/or CBDCs.

- Experience developing new market opportunities, owning GTM strategy, and introducing emerging technology into regulated industries.
- High-charisma leadership with the ability to inspire confidence and build trusted relationships.
- Strong ownership mindset and the ability to lead through influence in complex environments.
- Entrepreneurial track record of building or scaling a business/initiative.
- Strong technical literacy in blockchain and distributed ledger (DLT) infrastructure.
- Prior experience in a fintech or digital asset infrastructure company.
