Senior Product Manager (Tokenization)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Tokenization): Building infrastructure to bring traditional financial assets on-chain with an accent on issuance frameworks, smart contract architecture, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing end-to-end tokenization flows, multi-chain distribution, and institutional-grade lifecycle management.

Location: Fully remote, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of US East Coast time

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Tokenization infrastructure, prioritizing asset class support and issuance frameworks.
• Design end-to-end token issuance and servicing flows, including distribution, secondary transfers, and redemptions.
• Collaborate with technology partners, smart contract auditors, and blockchain infrastructure vendors.
• Translate product requirements into production-ready systems across EVM and permissioned chain environments.
• Partner with operations and finance to automate reconciliation between on-chain and off-chain books of record.
• Ensure all tokenization flows meet regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, including SEC, MiCAR, and FCA DSS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong background in building API-based products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract architecture, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-3643).
• Ability to write SQL queries and analyze on-chain transaction data effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management using Jira.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical concepts into actionable tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience building tokenization, digital securities, or stablecoin issuance products.
• Familiarity with EVM, Canton, and other permissioned chain environments.
• Background in capital markets, securities operations, or transfer agency.
• Prior experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or a fast-paced startup environment.
