What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert on hirify.global Identity Security solutions, providing in-depth technical guidance.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities by developing technical relationships within public sector accounts.
• Plan, execute, and manage Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations with potential and existing public sector customers.
• Assist in the preparation and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders in public sector organizations.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and enable the partner network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a presales technical role, ideally with identity management or security technologies.
• Strong understanding of public sector IT environments and government-specific security requirements (FIPS, FedRAMP, ATOs, NIST 800-53).
• Proficiency in identity security technologies, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration, including Directory Services (LDAP, AD, Federation).
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS administration and support within cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable.
• Must possess valid work authorization for the United States.
