Salary: $34,000 - $57,000 USD base salary range, with on-target earnings of $49,000 - $82,000 USD.

What you will do
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
- Partner with Account Executives to negotiate deals and maximize revenue and profitability.
- Demonstrate product features and provide resources to improve customer usage and knowledge.
- Build and execute a Territory Success Plan to surpass sales goals.
- Analyze prospecting and nurturing processes for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of Intern SDRs.
Requirements
- Must be located within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE, United States to work onsite three days per week.
- Strong sales skills including negotiation, prospecting, closing, and objection handling.
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and data mining skills.
- Willingness to learn different markets and sales approaches.
- Organized and professional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Sales Challenger certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Familiarity with sales software stack including Salesforce, Admin, and Outreach.
- Previous sales experience and degree preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of elite collegiate football and recruiting.
- Passion for building business relationships in the football space.
