Salary: $80,000 - $133,000 USD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Surpass aggressive revenue goals by building a Territory Success Plan.
- Maximize deal value through effective negotiation and achieving activity metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of product lines to engage in high-level conversations with customers.
- Partner with a Customer Success Manager to maintain and grow your territory.
- Introduce new products, drive engagement, and overcome objections to win in American Football.
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline by properly moving opportunities and evaluating deals.
Requirements
- Three or more years of proven sales experience.
- Experience using hirify.global Recruit, hirify.global IQ, and understanding elite football video cut up and analysis tools.
- Prior pipeline management experience and market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including prospecting, closing, and objection handling.
- Solution-oriented approach with sound product and industry knowledge.
- Collegiate football background or knowledge of elite football front and back offices.
- Ability to travel for conferences and customer visits as needed.

- Sportscode knowledge or hands-on experience.
- A degree is preferred.
