Salary: £31,500 - £53,000 GBP, On-Target Earnings: £63,000 - £106,000 GBP

What you will do
- Own your territory and surpass aggressive revenue goals by identifying the best hirify.global packages for each client and maximizing deal value.
- Build elite relationships with athletic directors, head coaches, and executives, setting expectations and providing resources for customer success.
- Maintain a precise Salesforce pipeline, forecasting revenue weekly with accuracy and ensuring management has a clear picture of wins and losses.
- Gather market feedback and competitive insights to share with stakeholders across hirify.global, shaping future product strategy.
Requirements
- Experienced: You have 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- You’re an expert at navigating the full sales stack, including Salesforce and Outreach.
- Rugby and market expert: You have deep knowledge of the U.K. rugby market and the university sports landscape.
- You can translate complex client needs into complete solutions that help teams win.
- A skilled negotiator comfortable with prospecting, objection handling, and closing high-value deals.
- You know how to drive a sale forward while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and payment collection.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with hirify.global Sportscode or general video editing skills is a plus.
- You’ve been trained in or practiced the Sales Challenger methodology.
- You’re comfortable with up to 25% travel to visit clients at tournaments, coaching clinics and on-site meetings.
