What you will do
- Lead outbound sales efforts across the UK/I region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire.
- Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
- Understand customer needs and position hirify.global’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of hirify.global in the UK/I region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and hirify.global’ business goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience and min 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.
- A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape, with the ability to position solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
