What you will do
- Lead AI adoption strategy, testing and implementing AI tools to revolutionize social workflow.
- Utilize AI for predictive modeling and audience behavior simulation to predict campaign performance.
- Identify and deploy AI-driven social listening tools for real-time trend analysis and automated content posting strategies.
- Deeply analyze social performance data to uncover algorithmic patterns and behavioral trends.
- Translate raw data into tactical recommendations for social media roadmap optimization and build dynamic growth dashboards.
- Oversee concepting, execution, and reporting on paid boosting campaigns in conjunction with agency support.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years in Growth Marketing, Social Strategy, or Digital Performance Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for data analysis, trend spotting, image generation, or audience simulation.
- Experienced and skillful in keeping up to date on the rapidly changing social media landscape.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Mixpanel, Tableau, and native platform insights).
- Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and factors that drive App Store rankings and conversion.
- Willingness to work on-site in Manhattan, New York City.
