What you will do
- Build and own multi-touch attribution models connecting marketing campaigns and channels to product signups, trial starts, and pipeline.
- Partner with marketing to analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, and community channels.
- Establish marketing data pipelines and ensure clean, standardized tracking across various platforms.
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests across the website and product to optimize conversion rates.
- Own analytics for the product-led growth funnel, including website conversion, signup flows, onboarding, and activation metrics.
- Develop and standardize growth and marketing KPIs, build and maintain a data dictionary, and create dashboards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst or Marketing Analyst role with deep attribution expertise.
- Expert-level SQL skills, comfortable querying large datasets and building funnel analyses.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics and UTM tracking frameworks.
- Strong experience with marketing attribution methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, attribution modeling, and data automation.
- Deep understanding of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical significance testing.
- Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization with tools like Superset or Preset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
