Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, utilizing a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. The company offers relocation assistance to new employees to these US locations.

Compensation: $220K – $280K + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experiences by providing technical expertise and outlining the value proposition for hirify.global products.
• Demonstrate how hirify.global APIs and ChatGPT meet business needs through demos, use case scoping, and architectural recommendations.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs from pre-sales discoveries.
• Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing processes.
• Gather customer feedback to represent their voice with internal product teams.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, escalating complex requirements as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions.
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presenter and communicator, able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
