Location: Hybrid in Sao Paulo, Brazil, supporting customers and partners across Latin America.

What you will do

• Participate in RFx responses by positioning the capabilities of hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical and functional presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
• Identify customer pain points and propose hirify.global-based solutions.
• Advise on complex system integration, architecture, and interoperability with third-party platforms.
• Support value analysis exercises, including ROI and business case development.

Requirements

• Proven experience with hirify.global or similar CX/CXaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based customer experience technologies.
• Ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and solution architecture.
• Skilled in managing customer expectations and influencing strategic decisions.
• Fluency in English is required.
