📍 Berlin or Barcelona | Risk & Compliance Hiring Focus - A relocation package with visa support for those who need it.

N26 continues to scale — and as we grow, so does the complexity of our regulatory landscape. We’re now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to become the strategic hiring partner for our Risk & Compliance leadership.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape critical hiring decisions, influence leaders, and bring world-class talent into one of Europe’s most iconic fintech disruptors.

What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle hiring for specialised Risk & Compliance roles across a highly regulated environment.
Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and multi-channel outreach.
Ensure ATS excellence (Greenhouse): maintain clean data, monitor conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve funnel performance.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, keeping communication clear, inclusive, and transparent at every stage.
Lead strategic TA projects that elevate processes, tools, reporting, and stakeholder effectiveness.
Coach stakeholders and mentor junior TA team members, raising capability and operational maturity across the org.

Your Background
— Experience hiring Risk & Compliance talent in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech
— Agency or in-house experience within a scaling, high-growth environment
— English fluency; German is a huge plus
