📍 Berlin or Barcelona | Risk & Compliance Hiring Focus - A relocation package with visa support for those who need it.
N26 continues to scale — and as we grow, so does the complexity of our regulatory landscape. We’re now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to become the strategic hiring partner for our Risk & Compliance leadership.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape critical hiring decisions, influence leaders, and bring world-class talent into one of Europe’s most iconic fintech disruptors.
What You’ll Do
— Own full-cycle hiring for specialised Risk & Compliance roles across a highly regulated environment.
— Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights.
— Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and multi-channel outreach.
— Ensure ATS excellence (Greenhouse): maintain clean data, monitor conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve funnel performance.
— Champion an exceptional candidate experience, keeping communication clear, inclusive, and transparent at every stage.
— Lead strategic TA projects that elevate processes, tools, reporting, and stakeholder effectiveness.
— Coach stakeholders and mentor junior TA team members, raising capability and operational maturity across the org.

Your Background
— Experience hiring Risk & Compliance talent in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech
— Agency or in-house experience within a scaling, high-growth environment
— English fluency; German is a huge plus
