Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the UK

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for business roles across hirify.global (from intake to offer).
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders, advising on market conditions and hiring decisions.
  • Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and ways of working as the business scales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within fintech or investment banking (mandatory).
  • Proven experience hiring for fintech platforms, investment tech companies, or similar regulated financial businesses.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer delivery.
  • Confidence in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a consultative, outcome-focused way.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound hiring judgement.

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring across multiple business functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Strategy).
  • Background in high-growth fintechs, scale-ups, or investment platforms.
  • Experience operating in a lean or scaling People / Talent function.
  • UK-based and able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.
