What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for business roles across hirify.global (from intake to offer).
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source and engage talent through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies.
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders, advising on market conditions and hiring decisions.
- Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and ways of working as the business scales.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within fintech or investment banking (mandatory).
- Proven experience hiring for fintech platforms, investment tech companies, or similar regulated financial businesses.
- Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer delivery.
- Confidence in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a consultative, outcome-focused way.
- Excellent communication skills and sound hiring judgement.
Nice to have
- Experience hiring across multiple business functions (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Strategy).
- Background in high-growth fintechs, scale-ups, or investment platforms.
- Experience operating in a lean or scaling People / Talent function.
- UK-based and able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.
