• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle focusing on GTM and operations roles.
• Develop tailored hiring strategies and expand presence in European talent markets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and timelines.
• Innovate sourcing strategies and build a robust pipeline of top candidates.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience reflecting company culture and values.
• Optimize and document recruitment workflows and track key metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe with deep knowledge of the European startup talent market.
• Over 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter in tech startups.
• More than 2 years of experience recruiting for remote-first companies in Europe.
• Expertise in hiring for sales, marketing, and operations (GTM) roles.
• Strong strategic advisory skills partnering with hiring managers.
