What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including CRM, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and WTTJ.
- Provide a great candidate experience from application to offer.
- Utilize data to inform and advise hiring managers and iterate processes.
- Champion DE&I, educating hiring managers and attracting diverse candidates.
- Maintain the ATS (Greenhouse) and follow best practices.
- Build strong relationships across the business to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Requirements
- Experience in an in-house Talent Team.
- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
- Must be able to work from the Cardiff office 2 days a week.
