What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of backend APIs and distributed services supporting UI experiences.
• Drive architecture for campaign management and optimization tools across the advertising network.
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI to automate advertiser workflows and improve campaign setup.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers on personalized recommendations and AI-assisted decision support.
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and uphold high standards for operational excellence and reliability.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with product, UX, and data teams to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in full-stack technologies including Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, React, and GraphQL.
• Proven experience driving technical design for complex, long-term distributed systems projects.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver technical solutions.
• Must be able to work in the United States and comply with E-Verify requirements.
• Strong communication skills for justifying technology choices to diverse audiences.
