Salary: $148,000 – $222,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and test comprehensive product features for collaboration and AI platforms.
• Develop end-to-end experiences and features used by millions at enterprise scale.
• Write robust, maintainable code and perform continuous refactoring to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering peers on technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically able to work hybrid in Pleasanton, CA).
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• For SDE level: 2+ years of experience with AWS or similar public cloud environments.
• For SDE level: Experience with DevOps principles and Infrastructure as Code (CDK, Terraform).

Nice to have

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of designing and building REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, or Grafana.
• Experience with event-driven systems (pub/sub, queues, webhooks).
• Knowledge of AI assistant integrations and agent standards (MCP, A2A protocols).
