Salary: $135,000–$150,000

• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex full stack applications.
• Plan and execute technical roadmaps with high autonomy and minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Improve system reliability and performance using refactoring, automated testing, and observability tools.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level experience developing modern web applications using React and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating distributed services.
• Proficiency with cloud-native development, preferably in AWS.
• Experience using Datadog or similar tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 4 Public Trust or higher security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience building mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Experience working on federal government software modernization programs.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508/WCAG).
• Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes.
