What you will do

• Lead contributions to hirify.global Studio, a complex React/Redux map design tool.
• Develop workflow tools to accelerate the map design process for designers.
• Solve complex architecture problems to ensure system extensibility and maintainability.
• Collaborate with designers to translate user needs and critiques into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance and reduce technical debt to accelerate feature velocity.
• Maintain operational excellence through meticulous testing, monitoring, and on-call support.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for client-side applications.
• 3+ years of experience building scalable high-volume low-latency backend services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in designing complex application states using Redux.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Playwright or Jest.
