Location: Hybrid setup, 2 days per week in our Paris office

Salary: €55,590 – €76,405

hirify.global is building a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey, leading the shift in Conversational Commerce.

What you will do

• Own 5 to 10 concurrent roles end to end, from intake to offer close.
• Drive sourcing across LinkedIn, referrals, inbound, and creative outbound when needed.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment, feedback quality, and efficient decision making.
• Lead offer processes and drive high offer acceptance rates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process and metrics dashboard.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in agency or in house within a fast paced tech or scale up environment.
• Proven track record of closing roles under time constraints without compromising on quality.
• Comfortable being accountable for results.
• Confident partnering with and constructively challenging hiring managers when needed.
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Ashby or a similar structured system.
