What you will do

• Manage an average of 16–22 requisitions at any given time, varying by level and urgency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to accurately define position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Initiate creative approaches to identify difficult-to-find candidates.
• Screen candidates that meet minimum qualifications and proactively provide updates to the hiring team.
• Facilitate selection decisions and extend offers to candidates.
• Continuously familiarize yourself with business updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience working with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Strong sourcing skills, with familiarity in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence others, and represent the team.
• Process-driven mentality with strong organizational skills.
• English: B2 required.
