What you will do
- Own product marketing for hirify.global Crypto in the US, leading positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products and features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (product, creative, legal, compliance) to define and deliver strategic growth initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to product teams, informing roadmaps based on user insights and market feedback.
- Develop differentiated narratives and messaging informed by user insights, testing, and audience understanding.
- Craft marketing plans and creative direction to drive relevance, adoption, and engagement for hirify.global Crypto.
- Define success metrics and track impact in partnership with product and data science teams, ensuring legal and compliance alignment.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience in product marketing (or adjacent consumer growth/product roles) in tech.
- Strong go-to-market leadership, including shaping positioning, messaging, and integrated launch plans across channels.
- Ability to break down complex concepts so they’re simple, clear, and human.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence.
- Data-informed decision making, including familiarity with experimentation and performance measurement.
- Comfort operating in regulated consumer products and partnering closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Must be based onsite in Toronto, Canada for in-office working environment.
