TL;DR

Associate Creative Director (Marketing): Contributing creative solutions and innovations with strategic thinking to projects, from conceptual development to client relations and the execution of creative deliverables with an accent on creating and communicating concepts, implementing marketing strategies, and developing interactive solutions. Focus on building long-term client relationships with expertise on client vertical markets.

Location: Team to work from an office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 CAD

What you will do

• Contribute creative solutions and innovations.
• Build and guide the creative team around account and company needs and vision.
• Perform strategic account planning with senior management in vertical marketing groups.
• Lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop, monitor, and modify creative department staffing strategies and plans.
• Improve upon creative department methods, problem-solving models, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8 years visual communication education.
• 8 years design, marketing, and communications interactive work experience.
• 8 years art direction experience.
• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
• Solid knowledge and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
• Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing, and online brand management and integration, with demonstrated results.
