TL;DR

Director of Product Marketing & Monetization (Gaming): Spearheading product marketing strategy and monetization initiatives for a flagship game, ensuring player engagement and revenue growth. Location: Hybrid role, required to work from the Toronto office for a minimum of 3 days per week. Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

What you will do

  • Drive primary product revenue and retention metrics for the flagship game, YoWorld.
  • Define and implement a cutting-edge monetization strategy and pricing frameworks.
  • Lead innovative promotional campaigns, including bundle design and player reactivation efforts.
  • Manage integrated product communication initiatives and full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize player feedback and market data to generate actionable insights and monitor performance metrics.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align cross-functional teams with overall product and monetization objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in gaming and/or live operations.
  • Proven track record in crafting innovative pricing frameworks and monetization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing key revenue and retention metrics, demonstrating a data-driven approach.
  • Expertise in designing and launching integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with players.
  • Strong ability to communicate strategic insights effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to leverage AI-driven tools in daily operations.

  • History of managing customer engagement and in-app promotions.
  • A creative and agile mindset, with a record of pioneering innovative strategies.
