What you will do
- Drive primary product revenue and retention metrics for the flagship game, YoWorld.
- Define and implement a cutting-edge monetization strategy and pricing frameworks.
- Lead innovative promotional campaigns, including bundle design and player reactivation efforts.
- Manage integrated product communication initiatives and full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Utilize player feedback and market data to generate actionable insights and monitor performance metrics.
- Partner with executive leadership to align cross-functional teams with overall product and monetization objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in gaming and/or live operations.
- Proven track record in crafting innovative pricing frameworks and monetization strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing key revenue and retention metrics, demonstrating a data-driven approach.
- Expertise in designing and launching integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with players.
- Strong ability to communicate strategic insights effectively to executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated eagerness to leverage AI-driven tools in daily operations.
