What you will do

• Become an expert on sustainability trends, regulations, and buyer needs to educate internal teams and inform product strategy.
• Collaborate with Product and Advisory teams to develop differentiated messaging and impactful narratives for sustainability solutions.
• Orchestrate high-performing go-to-market campaigns to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and expansion.
• Create compelling collateral (emails, videos, fact sheets, webinars) to support integrated campaigns and product promotions.
• Manage strategic partnerships with industry and technology organizations to amplify hirify.global’s sustainability brand.
• Lead and oversee key marketing projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B/SaaS product marketing experience with proven success in launching new products and go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience in sustainability, climate, or related product marketing preferred.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, with experience in persona-based marketing.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, GRI) and sustainability software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, environmental science, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in Montreal, Québec, Canada.
