What you will do

• Define system landscapes and identify gaps to prepare comprehensive roadmaps for Salesforce solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs including data modeling, security, and visibility strategies.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
• Act as a release manager and provide governance for configurations, code deployments, and environment strategies.
• Review technology solutions and guide teams on adherence to best practices and Salesforce coding standards.
• Coach and motivate multi-disciplinary teams while overseeing quality assurance, testing, and deployment cycles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA
• 10–14+ years of overall IT or application development experience
• 4–6+ years in a Solution or Technical Architect role
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce integration patterns

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce AI features and Agentforce
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation tools (Jenkins, ANT, SFDX)
• Experience with large data volume (LDV) strategies
• Strong background in Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban)
