What you will do

• Partner with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models.
• Run cross-functional workshops.
• Produce deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, and user stories.
• Ensure good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes.

Requirements

• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses.
• Strong experience with Akeneo Implementation.
• Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements.
