Salary: $50,000–$63,000

What you will do
- Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from agencies and advertisers to meet campaign deadlines.
- Build relationships with advertisers to fulfill campaigns and build a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams regarding campaign status, performance, and execution.
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage revenue forecasting, recognition, and manual client reporting deliveries.
- Process campaign changes and secure proof of delivery for month-end closing tasks.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree required.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Auburndale, MA office.
- Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and accurate data entry skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator.
