TL;DR

Client Delivery Specialist (AdTech): Managing the delivery of contractual products from inception to completion with an accent on coordinating media deliverables and client communication. Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing post-sale changes, and coordinating between Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams.

Location: Must be based in Auburndale, MA, USA (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)

Salary: $50,000–$63,000

What you will do

  • Coordinate the receipt of online creative materials from agencies and advertisers to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Build relationships with advertisers to fulfill campaigns and build a loyal customer base.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams regarding campaign status, performance, and execution.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, recognition, and manual client reporting deliveries.
  • Process campaign changes and secure proof of delivery for month-end closing tasks.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Auburndale, MA office.
  • Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in the advertising and agency marketplace.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines, phone calls, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and accurate data entry skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Administrator.
