What you will do

• Lead a senior digital solutions delivery organization for infrastructure and capital project owners, ensuring portfolio performance and profitable growth.
• Set the strategic direction for delivery across priority accounts and industry segments, aligning talent and investment to client needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on digital strategy, operating models, and the use of PMIS and adjacent technologies.
• Oversee complex portfolios spanning PMIS, project controls, ERP integration, BIM, GIS, and analytics across the capital project lifecycle.
• Manage executive delivery governance, including scope, commercial performance, financial results, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop senior delivery talent through workforce planning, coaching, and performance management.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience working within owner and operator priorities across the capital project lifecycle.
• 5 years of experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
• Experience leading implementations or integrations of PMIS platforms (e.g., Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Kahua, InEight, Procore).
• Proven experience with integration across ERP, BIM, GIS, reporting, and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US (implied by location and state-specific compensation disclosures).

Nice to have

• Experience in transportation, aviation, rail, utilities, energy, real estate, or public infrastructure sectors.
• Background in project controls transformation, PMO modernization, or capital program governance.
• PMP or comparable project/program management certification.
