What you will do

  • Drive strategic planning and execution to expand hirify.global® Score market share within the auto industry.
  • Develop multi-year growth strategies with detailed industry segmentation and market positioning.
  • Lead cross-organizational auto industry initiatives and high-impact projects.
  • Serve as primary strategic advisor to the VP of Auto, delivering critical industry insights.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with Auto Lenders, Dealers, and Solution Providers.
  • Generate actionable market insights and develop scalable competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
  • Progressive leadership experience in the auto financing ecosystem with demonstrated success managing executive relationships.
  • Proven track record with auto lenders and automotive dealers.
  • Executive-level leadership experience providing strategic guidance to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep credit underwriting and risk management expertise with strong business development acumen.
  • Expert-level client engagement skills with a consultative selling approach and exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
