What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact during the first 30 days of new customer experience.
- Manage account connections, integration fulfillment, and potential escalations.
- Implement and configure AI agents to ensure product adoption.
- Conduct full-team trainings for all account locations, covering best practices.
- Coordinate and respond to client issues, ensuring successful implementation.
- Build new internal processes to create a smooth implementation experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
- Exceptional written and communication skills with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Self-starter with experience navigating complex customer environments.
- Interest in further understanding and working with AI agents.
