What you will do

• Deliver hirify.global Advantage Service offerings designed to drive value for customers.
• Leverage hirify.global platform expertise to design and build List Growth tools, Segments, Campaigns, Journeys, and Reports.
• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional team members and customers.
• Manage assigned accounts in collaboration with hirify.global account teams to ensure customer engagement and platform adoption.
• Provide creative solutions and execute swiftly keeping industry best practices in mind.
• Translate customer feedback into specific product recommendations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a Customer Success, Support, or Agency role.
• Prior experience with SaaS or E-Commerce platforms preferred.
• Understanding of key metrics such as List Growth, Revenue, and Message-Level Performance.
• Motivated by helping others and deriving satisfaction from being part of a team.
• A quick learner, able to find creative workarounds when faced with limitations.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and strong ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
