What you will do

• Own customer success from kickoff through go-live, ensuring clear communication and documented outcomes.
• Manage PS resources, including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, while fostering professionalism and accountability.
• Develop skills pathways combining domain expertise with AI literacy for enhanced delivery quality.
• Track and analyze PS KPIs, refining implementation methodologies and mitigating risks.
• Build and run the PS AI Enablement Program, championing enterprise-grade AI tools and establishing Responsible AI guardrails.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Professional Services organization with 2+ years direct people management.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations.
• Demonstrated project management capability; PMP/ACP-PMI or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience introducing AI into services workflows (prompting, tool selection, risk controls).
• Familiarity with AI tools and responsible AI practices.
