TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Assisting enterprise customers through their hirify.global journey to ensure measurable value, retention, and renewal with an accent on relationship building, product knowledge, and strategic planning. Focus on conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and managing customer escalations.

Location: Must be based in the US (Austin, TX or Denver, CO office). Willingness to travel to customer locations is required.

Salary: $93,480 – $115,293 USD (Colorado)

What you will do

  • Lead all post-sales activities for hirify.global’s enterprise customers through strong relationship-building and execution.
  • Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and best practices to drive incremental value and ROI.
  • Conduct Business Reviews and status calls to align goals, identify opportunities, and communicate performance metrics.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions to advise customers on meaningful features and functionality.
  • Manage customer escalations with urgency by documenting issues and facilitating cross-functional resolution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience working at a SaaS company.
  • Experience and general knowledge of Telecommunications and Contact Center space (UCaaS/CCaaS).
  • Experience interacting with and influencing C-level executives.
  • Referenceable experience in working with large Enterprise customers.
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, or influence both internal and customer resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in either Austin, TX or Denver, CO.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
