What you will do
- Drive strategic expansion of the AMER Success Advisory team, maximizing enterprise customer value.
- Lead a team of experts delivering high-impact technical and change management guidance.
- Define and execute the AMER strategy for Success Advisory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the design and delivery of hirify.global Success Plans, enhancing offerings based on client feedback.
- Establish operational frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure thorough documentation for service delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing roles, with experience in Enterprise SaaS products.
- 2+ years experience building and leading a team.
- Strong operational and technical skills including EPM, Solution Architecture, SQL, and API.
- Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Data-driven approach to strategy and optimization.
