Focus on defining AMER strategy, scaling advisory functions, and ensuring operational excellence and team development.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, New York City, or San Francisco. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US or Canada.

What you will do

  • Drive strategic expansion of the AMER Success Advisory team, maximizing enterprise customer value.
  • Lead a team of experts delivering high-impact technical and change management guidance.
  • Define and execute the AMER strategy for Success Advisory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of hirify.global Success Plans, enhancing offerings based on client feedback.
  • Establish operational frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure thorough documentation for service delivery.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles, with experience in Enterprise SaaS products.
  • 2+ years experience building and leading a team.
  • Strong operational and technical skills including EPM, Solution Architecture, SQL, and API.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven approach to strategy and optimization.
