TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Strategic Security): Developing and overachieving sales goals for a strategic security data platform with an accent on articulating value proposition to C-level executives and driving 7-figure deals. Focus on creating demand in territory and building customer-centric solutions for Fortune-level organizations.

Location: Remote, must be based out of Virginia

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 USD (plus commission/incentive plan)

What you will do

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of hirify.global and articulate the value proposition from engineer up to CxO.
  • Forecast predictably and hit sales targets.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to remote-first, multi-timezone operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Strategic Security Sales experience, specifically selling into Fortune Level Organizations.
  • Experience selling into Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT Personas (CISCO/CIO’s).
  • Experience working with at least one earlier stage startup organization (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals and developing new logos from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion and creating demand in a territory.
  • Background using MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Must be based out of Virginia and live local to the territory.
