What you will do

  • Develop and execute the Latam Account Management strategy to accelerate growth and maximize client lifetime value.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multi-country Account Management team.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations with key enterprise clients and strategic partners, securing profitable long-term agreements.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver tailored payment solutions.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent hirify.global/PayU at major industry events, conferences, and networking forums throughout LATAM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, including at least 5 years specifically within the fintech, digital payments, or PSP industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing B2B sales/Account Management teams across multiple Latin American countries.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM fintech and e-commerce ecosystems, including regulatory environments and customer behaviors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills in both Spanish and English (fluency in Portuguese is a valuable plus).
