TL;DR

Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager: Orchestrating the global revenue organization by managing key operational cadences and owning core RevOps processes with an accent on data governance, forecasting, CRM management, and cross-functional initiative leadership. Focus on diagnosing problems, structuring solutions, and driving accountability across leadership teams in dynamic, evolving markets.

Location: Remote from Germany or the UK.

What you will do

  • Own the "single source of truth" for revenue data, including end-to-end forecasting, planning, and pipeline health processes.
  • Manage CRM (Salesforce) architecture, hygiene, and data governance.
  • Provide analytical insights for leadership by translating complex data on sales effectiveness and market trends.
  • Run and refine high-stakes operational rhythms, including Weekly Performance Reviews and OKR tracking.
  • Drive and coordinate high-impact cross-functional initiatives across Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Revenue, helping prioritize leadership attention and surface critical risks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or Revenue Operations/Strategy roles in scale-ups or tech-enabled businesses.
  • Proven track record of moving beyond recommendations to hands-on execution and delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and financial models.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferable), Tableau/Metabase or similar analytics tools, and very good at Excel.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure where none exists.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
